Best local Italian restaurant in the Wilkes county.Definitely recommend the pizza, and the Penne Vesuvio. (COVID-19 update) They sanitize EVERYTHING. You get hand sanitizer as soon as you are greeted. We watched first hand as soon as a customer leaves everything is sprayed and wiped down. Everything was removed from tables and sanitized. You can feel safe dining here.
Wonderful, relaxing setting. Everything from the complimentary bread with oil blend for dipping to the main entrees was fantastic. Our waitress was wonderful, professional and attentive.
I got the American stromboli... Probably the best I've ever eaten in my life! It was massive and I ate the other half the next day heated up - it was just as good... Mind you I ordered the small and I have a big appetite. Definitely legit Italian! My friends got pizzas and salads etc. which they said were really good. 100% would eat there again! We came in with a party of eight with barely any notice and they fit us in after a short wait which was really nice of them.
I stop here on my way back from my sister's. I would definitely stop at this place to eat there great food again. The atmosphere was great the staff was great too.
Honestly a solid choice. On the bread alone - 5 stars. Nothing yummier. Drinks were brought quickly. The rest of the dinner service took a little long, but good things take time. I tried the special - butternut squash and pancetta manicotti in Alfredo sauce. Something different for sure, and good. Flavors worked and if traditional manicotti with cheese and marinara isn't your thing, I'd recommend this dish. Tomato basil soup was alright. Seems like everyone else at my table was pleased with their choices too. Our server was friendly as well.
I love this place!! My favorite dish is the lobster ravioli-it’s so rich and tasty! The bread and oil is always delicious. Carly has been our waitress twice now-she is also great!
Ordered a hot turkey sub and it was absolutely ON POINT. The hotel I was staying at recommended this place and it did not disappoint. Also ordered a small pepperoni pizza and it was excellent. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Wilkesboro! Thanks for making my dinner so good!
Everything was delicious! Hot and fresh. The employees were wonderful too! There was a true Italian atmosphere!
